Please submit your paper electronically through our online submission system (click on Submit Paper on the Top menu) on or before December 1st, 2009. For papers to appear in the proceedings, at least one author must register for the conference. Notification of paper acceptance by December 31st, 2009. For consideration for the best paper award, submit the full manuscript by November 10, 2009. Final camera- ready paper submission January 31st, 2010. a.    Sponsorships

Conference sponsorship opportunities are open for organisations to support students and African participation at the International Conference on ICT for Africa 2010. Sponsors have branding and promotion offers on conference website and conference materials.

b.    Students and African Participation

Student and African participation at ICT Africa 2008 is at a reduced rate through sponsorship contribution for donor organisation and conference sponsors. We encourage students to take active role in conference forums and develop a background to supporting development initiatives in Africa through ICT support provisions.
